A's fundraiser for Loch Lomond Rescue Boat

Alan JACK is raising money for Loch Lomond Rescue Boat
In memory of Peter Jack
The Loch Lomond Rescue Boat is an independent volunteer lifeboat serving Loch Lomond and the surrounding shores. It was founded in 1977 from monies donated by an unknown sailor. The rescue boat attends around 100 callouts per year with some particularly busy days having as many as 7 or 8 callouts in a single day! The boat is crewed entirely by volunteers and is funded by donations.

Story

Peter served on the management committee of the Recue Boat as the representative of the Loch Lomond Association which he was the chairman of for over 14 years. Having grown up at Woodbank House with much time fishing on the loch in his youth, and boating in later years, the loch and the rescue boat were close to his heart. If you have a few pounds spare, please donate to this worthy cause.
