Ride 4 Change — Cycling for a Cause
On Saturday 10th October MOWL is hosting , Ride For Change, a full day of indoor cycling at Newark Sports and Fitness Centre, bringing together 20 of the county’s best instructors for 8, yes 8 high- energy sessions.
I am a super mad lover of indoor cycling , so naturally jumped at the opportunity to sign up for this event to feed my addiction and to raise money for a charity 🚴♀️
Now, My Mike isn’t a lover of indoor cycling, but he is an incredibly supportive person, so to support me and the charity he also signed up to do some of the rides. It’s not going to be an easy ride but then neither is having a stroke!
Every year stroke changes the lives of thousands of people in the UK in an instant. The Stroke Association is there to support survivors and their families.
Its events like this that allow vital research to continue and develop, increasing the outcomes for survivors.
Myself, Mike and the entire team behind this event, and The Stroke Association thank you so much for your kind donation ❤️
