Lizzi my sister, a true inspiration, a life’s story of a period of profound sadness followed by a life of always putting others first. An inspiring school teacher, a mother, grandmother, sister, friend and wife, loved by her dedicated husband Trevor and her family, Dee, Tom, Beth and Leah.

Such a cruel disease for a selfless life lived and still being lived, a flicker of recognition a smile that we convince ourselves is just for us, but the reality is we’ve lost the sister, mother, grandmother, aunty and friend and all round amazing person and we have to watch her disappear a bit more each time we see her.
