Hi friends and family,

I'm on a campaign to raise money for people negatively impacted by the economic inequality in Islington, and I joined the Walk for Islington campaign of The Elevation Church London.

I have joined a team challenge to walk 15,000 KM and raise £15,000 for Islington between August 31, 2025 and October 5, 2025, joining forces with other members of my local church to raise this fund to mark our 15th (Global) and 4th (London) anniversaries.

I am walking to raise awareness among people in my circles that can help with our quest to provide access to opportunities for residents of Islington, giving them real shots at a good life through Islington Giving.

🩵 WHY IT MATTERS TO ME

Economic inequality is a real issue for Islington. According to a task force on inequality set up by the Islington Council, "While Islington has some of the wealthiest residents and most expensive properties in the UK, it is also one of the most unequal and deprived boroughs."

As a part of a global movement on a mission to make greatness common, a real shot at a good life sets an Islington resident on the path to a great life.
