The Ali Asghar Water Appeal 2023 is a charity appeal that seeks to bring clean and safe water to communities worldwide. Our collective action is the lifeblood that can prevent the displacement of 700 million souls by 2030.

We are participating in the AAWA Bike Ride to Windsor and back (70km) to raise £1,000 for this cause. Imagine a world where water scarcity no longer haunts the lives of billions. UNICEF reports that nearly two-thirds of our planet’s population—over four billion people—face severe water scarcity for at least one agonizing month each year. Distressingly, by 2025, this crisis could engulf half of humanity.

The WF-AID’s Ali Asghar Water Appeal is dedicated to improving the overall health and well-being of these communities through their impactful ‘Build a Well‘ Projects and ‘Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH)‘ initiatives.
