Story
I’m taking on the Queen Mary university Sudan Hike Challenge to support the people of Sudan, who are facing one of the world’s worst humanitarian emergencies. Right now, 30 million people, 60% of the population, need humanitarian aid, and 24.6 million are suffering severe food shortages.
A staggering 638,000 people are facing famine conditions, while 3.7 million children under 5 are acutely malnourished and urgently need lifesaving treatment. 90% of displaced people can’t afford food, and 75% of health facilities in the hardest-hit areas are no longer functioning.
Your donation can provide families with emergency food, shelter, medical support and essential aid at a time when they need it most. Any amount you give will help save lives and offer hope, dignity, and a chance of stability for vulnerable communities across Sudan. Thank you for supporting this vital cause.
