The team are on the road again with a new route planned for the 25th anniversary of the AAK bike ride.

This year we have chosen to support MND Association. Another fantastic charity that supports people with a condition that can be so close to home for so many.

This years ride will be around 180miles over the three days and will start in Holyhead before cycling the north coast of Anglesey finishing in Bangor at the end of day 1. We will then travel inland a little taking in places like Betws y coed before finishing with a trip around the Great Orm. The final leg of the journey will be a rolling route from Llandudno all the way along the coast finishing back at the AAK site in Runcorn.

This is a route I personally am very much looking forward to and hope all riders enjoy too.
