I'm running the Tenby 10k in support of the Paul Sartori Foundation, a cause that means a great deal to me and my family. When my grandad fell ill with cancer a few years ago, the Paul Sartori nurses were there with compassion, dignity, and unwavering support. Their care made a heartbreaking time just that little bit more bearable, and I’ll always be grateful for the kindness they showed him — and us. By running this race, I hope to give something back and help ensure other families can receive the same vital support when they need it most. Any donation, big or small, would mean the world.
