Hello!

Over the course of the next 7 months, I will be raising money for Amnesty International UK by taking part in the Everest Base Camp Challenge. I will be trekking to the iconic Everest Base Camp. This is a multi-day trek to a significant altitude (5,645m above sea level.)

By contributing to this campaign, you will be helping Amnesty International UK continue their essential work in defending human rights globally. Whether it’s advocating for women's rights, supporting refugees, or highlighting the devastating impact of climate change on marginalized communities, Amnesty plays a critical role in ensuring freedom and justice for all.

Every step I take on this journey will be in support of individuals whose rights have been violated. Your donation goes towards making a real difference by funding campaigns, legal support, and advocacy work that shines a light on injustice. Together, we can raise awareness and take action for those who need it most!

I will be undertaking a series of fundraising events, such as Climbing the equivalent of the summit of Everest(8,849 meters or 29,032 feet )over a series of weekend expeditions to various Scottish munros. The aim of this is to push myself physically and mentally, as well as act as a training exercise for the coming adventure ahead. Further down the line, I plan to pursue further physical/mental pursuits such as a tough mudder and sky diving in conjunction with public fundraising and organising charity events.
