Since moving to Leeds in the summer of 2025 and starting our family with the birth of our first child in September, I’ve truly felt the importance of the care our local hospitals provide.

This has inspired me to lace up my running shoes; on Sunday 10th May, I will be running the Leeds Marathon to raise funds for Leeds Hospitals Charity.

My family’s experience with the hospital was only a small one, but it left a big impression. Now, I want to give back to the charity that ensures our hospitals can continue to provide exceptional care for everyone in our community.
