Every day, 125 people in the UK take their own lives — and 75% of them are men. That’s why I’ve created ALEX: a movement for Awareness, Listening, Empowerment, and Expression.

Now, we’re teaming up with CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) to raise funds for life-saving services that support men in crisis.

This campaign is for the brothers, sons, dads, mates, and partners who’ve been told to “man up” instead of open up. Together, we’re saying talking is strength.
