My annual charity ultra run I have decided to do this year is the 105km/ 63 miles Beacons Ultra in 1 day. Not only are you running but also navigating with a map & compass by yourself across the Brecon Beacons.

This race is by application only and the aim is to finish top 100 for the gold medal.

Any donation small or large would be great for the charity. £1, £5 or more….what ever you can afford……if anything pay to watch me suffer.
