I am participating in the Ultra MMA Fight Night on June 22nd, 2024 (4:30 pm start) at the Grey Eagle Casino in Calgary.

I am raising funds for the Fibrolamellar Cancer Foundation in honor of Ryan Couling who was diagnosed with this ultra-rare form of Cancer at the young age of 19.

Ryan was a special young man who touched the souls and lives of everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him. His deep and peaceful voice had the ability to command a room, and was always a welcome sound in our home.

He fought this battle with Strength, Bravery, Courage and Grace - as he did with everything in his life. He is missed and remembered every day through his family, friends, and loved ones.

Why would I do this some may ask...? I figure if Ryan could fight this fight for as long and hard as he did, then I can surely stand in the pocket for a few short rounds. Hopefully, I can raise some awareness for this cause, and together we can win a few rounds against this dreadful disease together.

I fight for Ryan Couling, my Wife, my Mom, my Aunts, my brother Chad Cochrane, and anyone else who has been affected by the myriad of types of Cancer that are upon us.
