We're hoping to raise £1100 which we can equally divide between The Little Princess Trust and The Sophie Lancaster Foundation in sponsorship and donations for Aaron's first haircut on the 17th of July.

For those of you that know Aaron, you'll know he has never had his hair cut before. Aaron will be 11 in June, and will be starting secondary school in the summer. As his first haircut is necessary before this, Aaron has made the huge decision to swap the quick trim for a big chop, enabling him to donate approximately 16" of his beautiful hair to the Little Princess Trust.

For those who don't know Aaron, he is a boy with a heart of pure gold, who loves helping others and cares deeply about the world around him, so not only will he be donating his hair to The Little Princess Trust, he really wants to use this opportunity to raise £1,100 in donations/sponsorship for charity before he has his big hair cut on the 17th of July.

Our goal has been set based on the fact that each wig made by the Little Princess Trust costs around £550 to manufacture, so Aaron would love to send his hair along with enough funds for it to make a huge difference to a child who has been affected by hair loss. Aaron wanted to give the other 50% to an anti-bullying charity as this is a cause very close to his heart. When he heard about The Sophie Lancaster Foundation, and the work they do in Sophie's memory, he felt it was the perfect cause to donate to.

Aaron would be delighted if you felt able to contribute to his fundraiser and help him on his way to his goal.

We have set up two team pages, one for The Sophie Lancaster Foundation and another for The Little Princess Trust, so you may choose which you donate to. Aaron would really love a 50/50 split but all donations to either cause would be appreciated.
