Dear Friends & Family,

Some of you may remember my Kilimanjaro climb in 2022. Two things came out of it: I grew as a person, and together we raised nearly £50,000 for a school in Pakistan. That school now has a well-equipped computer science block for the children and runs sewing classes for young women.

On 14 November 2026, I’m taking on the T50 triathlon in Dubai, which will surely be even tougher than Kili. I’m really looking forward to the challenge.

This time I’m raising funds for Sparkle in Malawi, a charity I know personally. I love the meaningful, grassroots impact they have across so many communities, in a country not many of us think about.
