In October 2022 for World Mental Health Day and to celebrate our sponsorship of Chester FC, we raised money for the mental health charity, Mind!

Mind.org.uk is a great, free resource to support those suffering with their mental health. Whether you are going through a tough time or have a loved one in crisis, the information they provide is indispensable.

At Abbey Window Cleaning we believe Mental health should be considered just as important as physical health.

The stigma associated with mental health is very frustrating and whilst times are slowly changing, 18 people take their lives in the UK every day and suicide is still the biggest killer of men, under the age of 50.

Supporting our employees by normalizing tough conversations and providing training, has helped our team feel empowered and respected. Promoting wellbeing and having an environment where our team can talk openly are just some of the ways our workplace culture has benefitted, thanks to Mind.

Every £10 donated gave two entries to our prize draw that took place on the 2nd November!

We picked two names out of a hat, the first name won a prize package of 28 items and the second name won 16 prizes also generously donated from businesses across Chester and beyond.
