In March 2024, I will be trekking from Lukla, Nepal to Mount Everest Base Camp and back again, covering 80 miles and going up to 5634 metres altitude. This is going to be a huge challenge for me, both physically and mentally - I never in a million years thought I would've done something like this but I am so excited and incredibly grateful to have this opportunity.

I used to work quite closely with Carlisle Eden Mind in 2017/2018 and have previously volunteered at events for them as well as doing a sponsored skydive back in 2019. The work they do is incredible and is needed now more than ever after the COVID-19 pandemic. Having lost a family member to suicide and working as a mental health support worker, this is extremely close to my heart and I know how important their work is, so any sponsors will be massively appreciated.

I am self-funding my trip so 100% of the money raised is going to Carlisle Eden Mind.
