While the Ministry of Health funds operations, Trillium Health Partners (THP) is responsible for generating 100% of funds for equipment and treatment technologies. THP funds equipment for new patient rooms, including the new Emergency Department, the Fracture Clinic, Cardiac, Women’s & Children’s programs and more.

So much of modern health care depends on technology. At THP, treatment technologies help expand our capacity, enhance patient care and limit referrals to other hospitals. Advanced technologies allow for better patient experiences, including more rapid assessments and treatments closer to home. Technology also helps us adapt to the changing needs of our dynamic community.
