Story
It's been a while since I've done a run for charity, so in April 2026 I'll be taking on the challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Team LAS and the London Ambulance Charity. The charity supports LAS staff wellbeing and also helps to make London a safer place through initiatives like London Lifesavers, which is teaching CPR and defibrillator use to members of the public and school children across the city. I've delivered several of these sessions and the impact that they're having is great.
I've done a load of races in the past, but what with the ambulance shift work my training has become rather sporadic so I'm going to use this event to knuckle down and get back into the swing of things. Your support, however much you can spare, will spur me on and it will definitely make a difference to the charity.
Thank you so much, you're all wonderful people.
