So as some of you may know I am doing a charity skydive for dementia UK. Myself and a few of the girls from work are participating in a skydive on the 21st July where we will be jumping from 15,000ft.

As my friends and family may know heights are not my strong points. Working in care you see how much dementia effects an individuals life and family, by helping raise money for this charity we are enabling family’s support and carrying out vital research to promote a better awareness and understanding of dementia.
