164,040 children are currently homeless in temporary accommodation - that's a 15% increase in just the past year.

I'm running for Shelter because they not only directly advocate the government to adequately address this country's housing crisis, but they also work with people to help raise awareness about their housing rights.

People should not have to live in constant insecurity and fear over where they can sleep. I hope the money we raise can help someone get one step closer to living in safe and secure housing.
