Sadly, 2.65m older people feel they have no one to turn to for help and around 3.9m older people consider TV to be their main form of company and that's why the support and guidance that Age UK provide older people in the UK, is so vital.

We'll be walking 100km (around 62.1miles) from London to Brighton in 24 hours, to raise money for Age UK and we promise we'll put in the leg work(!) if you would be willing to make any donation that you can.

We're aiming to raise £650 because donations like this allow national Age UK to continue providing vital services that offer companionship, advice and support for older people facing later life alone.
