Thank you for visiting! After my heart attack in April I received lots of amazing help, including from Yeovil heartbeat. Their enthusiasm, knowledge and support has made a big difference to my mindset and health, and if I can help them in any way I will. I arrived to my first session really unsure what I could safely do. Each week I saw new people arrive, terrified of just walking. We were all helped with sympathy and fun to enjoy working as hard as we possibly could to get better. Any financial support they get is used to fund the equipment and the instructors ( not the nurses who are nhs), and is gratefully recieved.
