I am running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in London next month to raise awareness and much-needed funds for countless individuals living with muscular dystrophy, including two of my beautiful nieces.

Active International have entered a team of 20 runners in the Royal Parks Half Marathon. This year we’re going to be raising money for Muscular Dystrophy UK. This charity is very near to our hearts as our COO, Dean Wilson, has two daughters that have a neuro muscular condition known as Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy. We have set ourselves a big target - £7,000, so please help out in any way you can.
