I am supporting Kids Cancer Charity who do so much to support children affected by cancer and their families. This Paris to Swansea fundraiser has been set up to raise funds towards a purpose built Play Therapy Building in Swansea for children affected by cancer to visit for Play Therapy.

As well as Play Therapy in South Wales, Kids Cancer Charity have holiday programmes ranging from UK Caravan breaks to a once-in-a-lifetime holiday to Florida. I started working for Kids Cancer Charity in 2022 and now look after the Disney World Florida Programme and deal with many amazing families. Most are making the trip as a celebration for end of treatment, but some children travel as a last opportunity to make happy memories together as a family after a terminal diagnosis.

Now, those of you who know me will be aware that I am not a great cyclist and I am either having a mid-life crisis or have totally lost the plot! However, I have committed to this challenge and have just under a year to get myself in shape to take on this challenge of cycling 350 miles from Paris to Swansea over 4 days! Any support that you can give me on this journey to get to my target will be very gratefully received (as will any hints and tips - other than "don't do it!"). I am starting off in my garage with a turbo trainer and going to build up from there...
