I am raising money for Waves which is a charity based on the South Coast supporting children in need. Its aim is to ensure there are no barriers preventing access to music therapy, with a focus on making meaningful connections through music. From one to one sessions to rap workshops, you can be confident that your donation will be used to help children's wellbeing and quality of life.

My big sister Liz (who is doing this craziness with me) has always called me "Abisnail" and there's a reason for that! So please only donate in the knowledge that I may not finish particularly speedily or in the official time. I am a chugger but will be giving it my best shot!
