On Sunday 6th April 2025, I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon, in memory of my Dad, Robert Quick, who passed away in December 2023. I am fundraising for the British Liver Trust, a fantastic charity whose work helps to improve liver health for all and support those affected by liver disease or cancer.

My wonderful Dad spent his life helping other people and he did a lot of good things - I hope that raising some money in his name will help to carry on that legacy.
