Having secured places in the 2026 Marathon, I jumped at the opportunity to participate. Changing Tunes facilitate music-making programmes in Alternative Provision Schools, Secure Children’s Homes, Young Offender Institutions, Prisons and Post-Release. Also working to develop a fully fledged record label ran for and by those with lived experience of these systems.

It's hard to put into words the power of what Changing Tunes do, but statistics demonstrate a participant re-offending rate over the past 3 years of 5%, compared to the national rate at 48%

Changing Tunes provide those without much hope something to look forward to, to focus on and develop their skills towards. The impact of this on an individual is more important and meaningful than one might imagine. That is why I'm honored to pledge my roll in this campaign to raise £2500 each to run the 2026 London Marathon for Changing Tunes.
