Story
Those who know me personally know that I’ve struggled with my mental health in the past, and it’s still something I work on today. I’ve come a long way from not wanting to be here, to finding something that helps me keep moving forward. For me, that’s running. It clears my head, gives me purpose, and reminds me how lucky I am to have such amazing people around me.
That’s why these races mean so much to me. Running 26.2 miles through Berlin isn’t just another challenge; it’s a symbol of how far I’ve come. It’s proof that even when things feel impossible, progress is possible with the right support, understanding, and the courage to speak up..
I’m taking on challenges to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation and help support others who may be facing battles of their own. Every donation, share, and word of encouragement means the world.
