The next item in our community engagement calendar is a Sponsored Walk at Overtoun Park.

We will meet on the Grow73 site in the park on Saturday 16th September at 11am and plan to be there until 1pm. Our team are hoping to do 16 laps of the park in that time, maybe less…:but maybe more! We’d be delighted if children and families from our ACE Place Community could join us and take part in the walk. Toddlers may just manage one lap, parents with buggies might manage a few, the competitive ones amongst us might try to beat the staff….:all good options and all good fun! 😊

Sponsor forms are available from both Crawfurd Road and Rodger Drive, or if you’d prefer to just to make a donation direct you can do this via the JustGiving page.

All funds raised will be given to local charity Grow73 who do a power of work in Overtoun Park and more widely in our local community. The children who attend our forest site in Overtoun have Grow73 to thank for the development of the site and affording us the opportunity to access such a fabulous woodland area.

We hope you can join us on 16th, we’ll have some water and snacks and some shelter from the rain if needed but let’s hope the sun shines on our efforts and we all enjoy a good walk.
