The OurJay Foundation aims to raise awareness of the importance of having 24/7 publicly accessible automated external defibrillators. They also aim to raise funds to purchase and install accessible defibrillators across Rugby, Warwickshire and further afield to get these vital accessible defibrillators into as many publicly accessible sites as possible.

On Sunday 31st August, Chris Allen (Managing Partner) and his sister, Sam Eggleton (who already has a defibrillator installed outside her home), are undertaking a charity cycle, aiming to visit as many defibrillator locations as possible in a single day. The route will begin in Leamington Spa, across to Southam and Daventry, then continue north to Lutterworth and Nuneaton, before looping back via Coventry and Rugby. The total distance is expected to cover around 80 miles in a single day across 4 counties.

It would be truly amazing if we could raise enough to fund a single lifesaving defibrillator, any additional amount will be used to fund installation costs or go towards another unit.
