This year as part of the Charity service area for drop down day we will be running a number of varied sports activities with a focus on ‘Non stop Charity Sports.’ The children will have the opportunity to take part in; a dance-a-thon, basketball, tennis rallies, skipping, hoops. All of these activities help to support, learn, build an understanding of charities, and support in raising funds for our nominated charity this month, we will be supporting Age UK, Norwich.

Age UK Norwich is dedicated to making Norwich an Age Friendly City that celebrates later life and the contribution of its 50+ aged population.

The work they do ranges from independent advice to welcoming clubs and trips, and from supporting people at home to keeping people safe, healthy and connected.

They need our support to protect their services and to help a growing population of people aged 50+ in Norwich. Together, we can make Norwich a place where older people feel supported, empowered, included and, most of all, valued.
