We have chosen to support this amazing charity because a very good friend is very debilitated with this sad condition. Mark Brownjohn, the senior Director of Seafields Estate Agents has already carried out various challenges from Rowing 2500 miles  around the UK to doing 5000 squats to raise awareness and funds for this amazing charity has now signed up to row across the Atlantic Ocean in a 12 man rowing boat.

Mark will be leaving the safe shores of Tenerife on the 4th December and will row 3000 miles and will arrive in Antigua some 45 days later.We would like to take this opportunity to raise awareness and funds to enable the MNDA to focus on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by MND.
