Across the Borders Challenge

Ani and Kiki is raising money for Perinatal Mental Health Borders (Scottish)

Across the Borders Challenge · 10 October 2026

Perinatal Mental Health (PMH) Borders is a Scottish charity providing evidence based, psychological therapies to people across the Scottish Borders, who are experiencing emotional and mental health difficulties in the perinatal period, from pregnancy, birth and early parenthood up to 2 years.

Story

On 10th October 2026, World Mental Health day, Kiki and Ani will be undertaking the massive challenge of running 100km from West Linton to Coldstream. We’re hoping to raise funds for Perinatal Mental Health Borders (PMH Borders), a wonderful charity facing significant financial challenges.

PMH Borders support families in the Scottish Borders to navigate mental health problems following the birth of a baby up until their second birthday. Providing support to change the life of parents and children for the better.

Kiki and Ani understand first hand the importance of the work PMH Borders does. We hope you’ll support us undertake this ridiculous challenge with our goal of each earning £10 per kilometre and keep them going to help many more families.

Please give what you can, we’ve set up a instagram page so you can follow along if you like (@acrosstheborderschallenge)

We’re also open to volunteers to join us for moral support on the day so get in touch if you’d like to run/walk/cheer/feed us to keep us going!
