Our Springwell community was shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic passing of Fred Francis in September. He was a wonderful man who was universally loved and respected by both staff and students; he will be sadly missed by us all.

At Fred's funeral, his family asked for donations to St Gemma's Hospice, a charity that had supported them during his illness. As a result, Sophia and Adam have decided to enter the Abbey Dash on Sunday 13th October in the hope of raising further, much needed funds for the charity. We'd be thankful for any donations that could be given for this cause as we run for Fred.
