As part of a small group, four of us have challenged ourselves to three days of exertion; riding bicycles, climbing a mountain and kayaking across Wales (no doubt in the rain) to raise money for The Clock Tower Sanctuary. The CTS provide a space where young people in crisis feel safe and get the practical and emotional support they need to shape their own futures.

Normally when I 'do my bit' I do it by devoting MY time and MY energy to causes I believe in - I don't enjoy asking friends for money, but the CTS needs YOUR cash more than it needs my volunteering and this is the best way for me to help them out. Please consider backing me, and I promise not to ask you for any money again, for many years. Whatever you can give will help reach my goal to support these lovely people.
