The adrenaline junkie is back but what gives me even more adrenaline is knowing im helping people in need. Last year me and Kate ran the Birmingham marathon raising over £1000 for the charity

This cause is deeply personal to my partner Kate. Her family has seen the highest stakes of this condition; she lost one of her incredible nephews to CF, and his brother—her brave nephew—lives with the reality of it every single day.

​I’m doing this jump to honor a memory and to support a fight that is very much ongoing.

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic condition which causes sticky mucus to build up in the lungs and digestive system. It affects more than 11,000 people in the UK. One in 25 of us carries the faulty gene that causes it, usually without knowing.

Cystic fibrosis comes with challenges, affecting their physical health, mental wellbeing and how they choose to live their lives. But our community is uniting towards the ultimate goal of effective treatment for all.
