This year we (Robbie, Scott, Adam, Stewart, Stuart, Kieran, Ross & Jamie) will be taking part alongside 35 others at the Kiltwalk in Glasgow to raise funds for Release Ayrshire.

Release Ayrshire is a men's mental health charity based in Ayrshire. Set up in 2018, since then they have been campaigning to raise as much awareness to reduce the stigma around mens mental health as they possibly can.

Release are now proud to be one of two charities in Scotland to work with SHOUT, the sms service is there to be used by anyone who may be struggling, no matter their age or sexuality.

Every penny raised from campaigning goes directly into the awareness campaigns and helps fund merchandise to give out for free to raise awareness of the service, to let people know it’s ok to not be ok and that support is only a message away.
