I'm taking part in the Hackney Half 2025 to support Barts Charity.

They bring brilliant ideas, ground-breaking research and transformational healthcare to life in East London.

As one of the UK’s most diverse areas, East London has unique healthcare challenges and is an important place to break new ground in health research and innovations in patient care.

Barts Charity funded the Academic Centre for Healthy Ageing (ACHA), which I'm currently helping to lead to set up a world-class ageing research facility working with and for the communities of North East London.

ACHA will do work to transform the experience of people growing old in North East London, including those who live with frailty and with dementia.
