Fundraising

Hatzola HBS is an emergency response service for health emergencies across Southgate, Cockfosters, Hadley Wood and Barnet. Staffed by local trained volunteers we aim to respond to calls for assistance within minutes. Our aims are to reduce suffering and save lives. We work alongside the local NHS hospitals and other emergency services to ensure faster responses that NHS services may be able to provide. Although our volunteers are mainly Jewish we will respond to anyone in need within the local area. Hatzola was founded in 1965 and now operates in 15 countries. Our new Hatzola HBS service benefits from over 50 years of experience. We are funded solely by charitable donations and rely on the local community to support us.

Story

Hatzola are a small independent ambulance charity offering life saving support to their local community, and I'm hoping to help fund their incredible work and raise awareness of their cause. My name is Adam and I have been working as a front line first responder for the last 8 years, and I will soon be responding on behalf of Hatzola.

In emergency situations, being just a minute late to a callout can make the difference between life and death. By providing just a small donation to support Hatzola (which would help them to train more volunteers and buy equipment), you could potentially help save countless lives by ensuring there will always be someone there to respond to every callout. Having seen first-hand the incredible life saving work that such medics can offer, I have become very passionate about supporting local efforts to provide such a service to the community free of charge.
