Story

Well I’m at it again!

After not riding this event since 2019, I’ve decided to tackle Prostate Cancer UK’s Tour de France Grand Depart again.

The ride is 185km (115 miles), following the route of stage 1 of the 2025 Tour de France, riding a week before the race itself.

Apart from having a long time out of the saddle, I’ve also put a lot of weight on that I need to drop again before the event, (I need to drop around 32kg 😬!! ), so a bit of a double challenge here !

I’m self funding this, so any money donated will go directly to the charity, rather than paying for me to have a weekend cycling.

I’ll update training and fitness progress here as I go along and also update with regular YouTube videos and Instagram posts. Please feel free to subscribe and follow to either of those of you’re interested.
