One in three people in the UK knows someone affected by a brain tumour. This disease is indiscriminate; it can affect anyone at any age. Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease since records began in 2002.

Brain Tumour Research is determined to change this. It is the only national charity focused on finding a cure for all types of brain tumours. Help fund the fight. Together we will find a cure.

So following on from my fundraising for the British Acoustic Neuroma Association in 2025, I will be raising funds in 2026 for Brain Tumour Research by running the Berlin Half Marathon in March 2026 which is part of the Superhalf Series. To expand on this I will also be running the other Superhalf Marathons to fundraise so in total there will be 6 which are:

Copenghagen (Sept 2025)

Cardiff (October 2025)

Valencia (October 2025)

Lisbon (March 2026)

Prague (March 2026)

Berlin (March 2026)

With Copenhagen already completed, Cardiff is the next destination!

My target is £500 so any spare pennies will go a long way :-)
