Me and my colleagues from BUPA will be taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge on Friday 18th July to raise money for Mind Over Mountains Project 500 - to help them raise £500,000 by June 2025, so they can provide more mental health support in nature to everyone who needs it across the UK.

Mind Over Mountains is a ground-breaking charity helping people overcome mental health challenges through therapeutic outdoor experiences. Our specialist wellbeing walks and retreats bring together professionally guided hill-walking, mindfulness, and quality time with experienced coaches and counsellors.
