I'm fundraising for Asthma + Lung UK, a charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe.

5000 people die a year in the uk from pulmonary fibrosis , my mother in law Mary was one just before Christmas. She was a remarkable lady who lived by the mantra ‘smile and the world will smile back.’

I’ll run a km for each person 5000km across 365 days which is the equivalent of 118 marathons or 100km per week or 14km every day for 365 days.

30,000 are living with pulmonary fibrosis and I’m aiming to raise £30,000.

I’ll be taking part in some organised marathons and ultras as well as organising some of my own events. Please run with me and show your support.

I’m inviting and asking for help to come and run with me and/or donate to raise awareness and money for research. Advances have been made but there’s a long way to go and your generous donations can assist this.
