I'm taking it back. Way back to 1999. I'm talking Eminem Slim Shady blonde. Even further back to Robbie at Glasto 95, or Mike D from Beastie Boys blonde circa 94 and the Ill communication era.

That's right folks. Your 46 year old friend and colleague Adam is bleaching his hair in the name of charity and good will.

That charity being the rather wonderful Mind. A charity that is as close to my heart as it is to my head.

Depression is an illness that can stay hidden. Depression is an illness that is hard to explain. Depression is an illness that can eat away at you. Depression is an illness that kills. Mind offers support to those that are in need and don't know who to turn to.

The big event is happening on Friday 20th March at 11am in London. There will be plenty of before, during and after photos. There may even be a video or two....
