As a lot of people are aware, Macie was diagnosed with Meningitis back in February whilst on holiday. In true Macie spirit, with the help of the incredible doctors and nurses in Portugal she fought the hardest battle and won 💖

Once she was well enough to return home, she was transferred to Alder Hey to continue her recovery. Macie is still healing and every day is making incredible progress. Alder hey have been amazing and continue to be a huge part of Macie’s journey.

On the 10th August, I’m going to join the Alder Hey team and walk up Snowdon in the middle of the night, starting our ascent at 1am! Any donations, large or small, to this wonderful hospital would be greatly appreciated.
