Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be taking part in 5 local 10km races wearing military kit & carrying 20kg in weight (not including water) to raise money & awareness for Cancer Research UK.

This replicates the weight carried during the British Army's flanking manoeuvre 2km run test (RFT(S), RMT 1b)

Beverley 10km - 11th May ✅ 1:17:51 (7:47/km)

Hull 10km - 8th June ✅ 1:11:05 (7:06/km)

Wallington 10km - 11th July

South Cave 10km - 27th July

Haltemprice 10km - 26th October

The aim is to meet or better the pace required for the pass standard of the 2km test of 8min/km for the whole 10km.
