after 3x attempts this summer, I finally made it across to the IoW this morning! It took me 1hr 46mins, which was faster than I thought I’d be, lots of training paid off!

On the 20th July 2025 i'm going to attempt to swim from Gosport to Ryde on the Isle of Wight in aid of Aspire.

I've been swimming a fair bit over the last few years but have never had a formal swimming lesson and just seem to make it up as I go along - I've never attempted a distance this far and across multiple shipping channels, so this will be a tough challenge!
