Story

In April 2026, I’ll be running the London Marathon in memory of my amazing Dad, 'Mally' Rhodes, who sadly passed away on 11th March 2025, after being diagnosed with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) in 2021. My Dad was an active man who had a deep love for sport and was a talented runner in his school days. Watching him face such a cruel and little-understood condition was incredibly tough, and we often felt the lack of awareness and support available. That’s why I’m fundraising for the PSP Association (PSPA) — to help ensure others affected by PSP in the future have access to the care, information, and guidance we went without. Every step I take will be for him, and I hope you’ll support me on this personal journey to raise money and awareness in his honour.
