I am running for Shine who are a fantastic charity who provide specialist support from before birth and throughout the life of anyone living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, as well as to parents, families, carers and professional care staff. Shine enables people to get the best out of life.

My inspirational niece has been living with Hydrocephalus for over 13 years so I see first hand the challenges that Bethan and our incredible family face on a daily basis. Shine have and will continue to play a crucial role in all our lives and as such I am extremely proud to represent them doing an event I have always wanted to be a part of.
